2). Go to the contest page:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3023
3). Fill the two blank fields with any random things.
4). Click the button that says 'Enter Competition'.
5). Go to your suite
The T-Shirt should be in a Starplaza bag in your suite!
