2). Go to the following link:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/user/medoll.php
3). You should see a puzzle piece on the left hand side of the page next to your medoll (You might have to zoom out)
4). You will now be redirected to the Oktoberfest page

You will receive the cardigan when you have all the pieces !
