1). Log into Stardoll
2). Go to the following link:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/starDesign.php?brandId=43
3). You should see a puzzle piece on the right hand side of the page (you might have to zoom out ). Click on it
4). You will now be redirected to the Oktoberfest page

You will receive the cardigan when you have all the pieces!
