2). Use one of these proxies:

3). After setting one of these proxies go to the following address:

4). Log into Stardoll
5). Then go to the following URL address:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3880
6). Complete the quiz with any random answers and hit the button that says 'Enter Competition'
7). Wait until the page loads with some text that says 'Your contest entry has been submitted'
8). You can now leave the manual proxy, change your settings back and go to Stradoll as usual

The dress should be in a Starplaza bag in your suite!
