~ If you are from the UK - Log into Stardoll and send an e-card HERE
~ If you are not from the UK - Follow the following steps:
1). Go to a UK proxy such as:
quickproxy.co.uk OR justproxy.co.uk
2). Paste the following link into the blank URL/Address field of the proxy site:
http://www.stardoll.com/
3). Click Go or just hit Enter on your keyboard
4). Log into Stardoll
5). Paste the following link into the URL/Address field of the proxy site:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/lillets/ecard.php
6). Click Go or just hit Enter on your keyboard
7). Wait until the page loads
8). Now fill the blank To, Email and From boxes with any random information and click the button that says 'Send e-card' however the email must be valid e.g. asdf@gmail.com OR gigigig@aol.com
9). Wait until the page loads
10). You can now leave the proxy and go to Stardoll as usual

The bag should be in a Lil-Lets campaign bag in your suite!
