~ If you are not from USA or Canada - You will have to use a manual proxy:
1). You must use a manual proxy so if you don't know how to use one click HERE and folloiw the steps exactly as they are written
2). Use one of the following:
IP: 23.21.9.217 Port: 3128
                  OR
IP: 107.18.121.126 Port: 8080
                  OR
IP: 107.16.66.225 Port: 8080
                  OR
IP: 209.239.113.120 Port: 3128
3). After setting the proxy go to the following address:
http://www.stardoll.com/
4). Log into Stardoll
5). Now got to the following URL address
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3958
6). Submit a photo to the contest and then click the button that says 'Enter Competition'
7). Wait until the page loads
8). You can now exit the manual proxy and go to Stardoll as usual

The Make Up/Jewelry should be in a Starplaza bag in the hands and feet tabs of the beauty parlour!

3). Click Go or just hit Enter on your keyboard
4). Log into Stardoll
5). Paste the following link into the URL field of the proxy site:

6). Create a scenery and save it for the competition
7). Wait until the page reloads with the text that says 'Your contest entry has been submitted'
8). You can now leave the proxy and go to Stardoll as usual

The boots should be in a Starplaza bag in your suite !!!
