1). You have to use a manual proxy. If you do not know how to use a manual proxy click HERE and follow the instructions exactly as written.
2). Use on of the following proxies:

IP: 95.154.199.200   Port: 443
IP: 79.143.86.6         Port: 443
3). After setting one of these proxies go to the following URL address:
http://www.stardoll.com/
4). Log into Stardoll
5). Now go to the following URL address:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=4080
6). You can now leave the manual proxy, change your settings back and go to Stardoll as usual

The window should be in a Barbie bag/box in your suite!
