2). Use one of the following proxies:

IP: 109.234.194.242     Port: 3128

3). After setting the proxy go to the following link:
http://www.stardoll.com/

4). Log into Stardoll

5). Click on this button which will be on the bottom toolbar of the page

6). Complete the Barbie tasks (Join the Barbie Style Club and dress up Midge)
7). You can now leave the manual proxy and go to Stardoll as usual

The shoes should be in a Barbie campaign bag in your suite!
